Addresses - The easy way to organise your addresses

Addresses manages very simple your private and business addresses. The extra functionality will help you through the daily procedure. You can enter as much addresses you like including telephone number, mobile number, fax number and email address.

Pictures

It is possible to attach a picture in JPG- or GIF-format to every address. You can choose whether to show the address with or without picture.



Copy address

In order to copy an address to another program just click on [Copy] and paste the address into the other program with [Paste].



Simply paste new addresses

Addresses is able to paste addresses directly from other Windows applications. Just select and copy an address, from e.g. an internetsite or email, and paste the address into the program.


Print stickers

For example: if you want to send your christmas cards or letters you can print stickers. Just select the appropriate group or select the addresses manual.


E-Mail

To send an email, just click on the email address. (Condition is Outlook, Outlook Express or Windows Mail).


Call

In case you have installed a Modem or ISDN-card with the appropriate Windows-TAPI-driver, it's possible to dial a telephone number or mobile number directly from Addresses.


Print and export

You can print the addresses as a sticker and of course as a listing. You can also create a HTML-file with all addresses. To use the addresses within another program, e.g. Winword, you can export the addresses to a text-file.


Insert an appointment

Addresses is compatible with Softwarenetz Calendar . Insert a new appointment and add an address to this appointment with just one mouse click.
